Built-in help

RootsMagic has extensive built-in help (which you are currently looking at).  You can press F1 at most places in the program to get help specific to the part of the program you are in.

 

How to check if you have the most recent version

You can also check for the latest version of RootsMagic on the Home page in RootsMagic. If an update is available, you can click to directly update the program, or click a link to go to our website to download the latest update manually.

RootsMagic provides online chat service with our experienced technical support staff.  Just visit our website and click the "Chat" button in the lower right corner any time during our regular business hours (8-5 Mountain Time, Monday-Friday).
