On the RootsMagic download page select:
For Windows: RootsMagic installer.
The installer includes both 32-bit and 64-bit versions and selects the appropriate one during installation.
For Mac: RootsMagic Disk Image
The disk image contains native code for both Intel (x64) and Apple Silicon (M-series) Macs and selects the appropriate one during installation. (no Rosetta needed)
The Place Database is included in both the Windows and Mac downloads.
The download process will vary from browser to browser. The download will typically be found in your downloads folder. Wait for the download to finish before opening the installer or disk image. Use your browser's downloads list to locate the file if you cannot find it.
