Lists individual LDS ordinances and marriage sealings (based on your selections).

 

To print an LDS ordinance list:

 

1.Select the Publish page

2.Select "All reports and charts"

3.Select "LDS List"

4.Select your options from the Report Settings panel:

 

 

A.Report type - Choose whether to print individual ordinances or marriage sealings.

B.People to print - Choose which individuals to include in the list.

•All – Everybody in the database

•Only people who are missing one or more ordinances

•Only people who have all their ordinance work completed

•Only people who have an ordinance marked as "submitted"

•Only people who are qualified for at least one ordinance

C.Include living - Turn on if you want to include living individuals in the list.

D.Print "Qualified" - Turn on if you want RootsMagic to write the word "Qualified" for ordinances that the person is qualified for.

E.Private facts - Turn on to indicate you want to include facts that are marked private.

F.Preparer - Turn on to print the preparer's name and address at the end of the list. You enter the preparer's name and address from the "Settings, Preparer" dialog.

5.Choose the various layout and style settings for the report

6.Click the "Generate Report" button to generate the report and display it in the Report Viewer. From there you can modify the report settings, send the report to your printer, or save the report to disk.

 

Note: the LDS report is based on ordinances entered into the RootsMagic database, and as such maybe outdated. For the official ordinances found on FamilySearch.org use the FamilySearch tools inside RootsMagic. The LDS Features are found here.
