Life Summary displays the current person's events and close family in the People page sidebar. Select its tab in the lower part of the sidebar. When you select a different person, the summary changes to that person. Use the pencil beside the Life Summary heading to edit the current person.
The three sections are Events, Spouses and Children, and Parents and Siblings. Click the arrow beside a section heading to expand or collapse its contents. In the Events section, the heading shows the current person's name. Collapsing a section keeps its heading available so you can reopen it.
Customizing Life Summary
Click the three-dot button beside the Life Summary heading to open Customize LifeSummary. This button controls the whole panel; the three-dot buttons beside individual family members provide commands for those people.
Select a section in the LifeSummary Sections list, then click Move Up or Move Down to change its position. For example, move Spouses and Children above Events if you use the panel mainly to navigate between family members.
Click Hide / Show to toggle the selected section. An X beside its name marks a hidden section. To restore it, select the same section and click Hide / Show again. Unlike collapsing a section in the panel, hiding it removes its heading from the panel as well.
Show lifespan (b-d) for family members adds birth and death years beside relatives' names, helping distinguish people with similar names. Show spouse for family events includes the spouse with events such as a marriage, so you can see which couple the event concerns.
Click OK to apply the choices or Cancel to leave the previous display unchanged. These options change the presentation of the summary, not the people, relationships, or facts in your database.

Each spouse and child will have a 3 dot menu to the right of their name. Clicking this menu button will give you the following options:
•Go To - make this person the new current person
•Edit - opens the Edit Person form for the spouse
•Unlink - lets you unlink the person as a spouse or child
•Delete - lets you delete the spouse or child from the database
You can also add additional spouses to the person, children to a family, or rearrange the children or spouses.
3.The parents and siblings of the person
The parents / siblings list supports the same menu commands as the spouse / children list. You can also add additional sets of parents, siblings, or rearrange the children in a family.
