To print large format charts across multiple pages the best settings are:

 

•Page Layout, Best Size: Fit to Chart

•Print Report, turn off "Fit on Page" and adjust Scale until the chart covers the size and number of pages desired. You will see faint page breaks displayed in the viewer.

•Cut Marks - Adds guides to help you trim the sheets or line them up when assembling the chart.

•Overlap - Prints part of the chart on neighboring sheets too, so you can align and join them more easily. Higher overlap means more shared areas.
